5 TIPS FOR RUNNING HATERS

If you're like probably hate cardio. Running is not your favorite activity, but you know you need to exercise and you think it's convenient and cheap. To grab love of the sport we leave 5 tips that might help you. 

1 Make yourself the first few times 

The first two weeks can be a chore, but when you start to feel better. To get there you need to run at least 4 times a week.That does not happen to you! Wear it as a challenge and force yourself to do it, if after 2 or 3 weeks I still hate it may be time to change sports. 

2 Runs slowly

3 Change your routine

Instead of looking to run anything other than just activities to complement your cardio routine if you're looking to tone your body or lose weight. A class of yoga, Pilates or weights you will greatly combined with cardio.
