Eat fruits and vegetables in abundance
Fill your cooler leafy vegetables (such as lettuce, spinach and chard), cruciferous vegetables (cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower and Brussels sprouts), vegetable-like fruits (tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant and winter squash) and vegetables root (radishes, turnips and carrots). Starchy foods such as white potatoes are rich in fiber and nutrients, but sugars are processed as quickly, so you eat them only occasionally. Unprocessed whole grains like brown rice, oats shell, quinoa and corn flour are good all day, but in moderation. White flour, white rice and other highly processed grains have lost most of its nutritional properties ... think of them as cravings.

Eat less animal products
Although they are good sources of protein and micro nutrients, often have more saturated fat and cholesterol and high calorie density, which will hinder the weight loss process.

Almost not eat junk foods
